Diaries of the Ocean is committed to fighting the lionfish invasion of our Lebanese seas.

We organized an open barbecue day at Colonel Beer in Batroun with Fishing in Lebanon and Dive the Med Club where the dive team provided us with abundant lionfish to grill. Who knew activism could be so yummy!

About Dive the Med Club

Dive the Med Club is a dive center in Batroun, known for its highly professional work and its academic scuba diving courses. It also has a team of free divers, who have been hunting the lionfish in the Mediterranean Sea since its populations started expanding.
